ΚΤΗΜΑ ΣΕΜΕΛΗ is a bold statement of our finest vintages — crafted only in outstanding years and exclusively from the best fruit harvested from our estate-owned vineyards in Koutsi. Limited in production, it brings together the noble varieties of Agiorgitiko, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Handpicked with meticulous grape selection, every cluster is chosen with utmost care to reflect the essence of the vintage.

The precise blend of each variety remains the “secret” of KTIMA, thoughtfully defined every year by our winemaker to best express the soul of the harvest. Brilliant and deep purple with violet hues. The nose is elegant and expressive, opening with a bouquet of cherry, ripe forest berries, and blueberry jam, layered with hints of vanilla, coffee, and nutmeg. On the palate, it is generous and fleshy, with spicy undertones and a velvety finish that lingers with flavors of rich fruit and oriental spices.

Perfectly paired with refined Greek cuisine — both traditional and contemporary — as well as with Italian dishes. Ideal with grilled or slow-cooked meats in fresh tomato sauces.

Serve at 14–16°C in a large Burgundy glass to fully appreciate its structure and aromatic depth.
