Selected low-yield vineyards on the slopes of mountainous Nemea are carefully chosen for the cultivation of Assyrtiko, while the Moschofilero comes exclusively from the estate-owned vineyards on the plateau of Mantinia, specifically from the area of Zevgolatio.

Bright and vivid straw-yellow in color with subtle lemon-green highlights. On the nose, it offers an elegant and complex aromatic profile with notes of white blossoms, stone fruits, and tropical touches—most notably peach, apricot, and pineapple—complemented by gentle hints of sweet spices. On the palate, SOFIA is graceful and generous, with a refreshing balance of flavors and a delicious, well-rounded finish that lingers.

It pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, white meats, poultry, and light vegetable-based dishes. Also, an excellent companion to fresh salads, pasta, and soft cheeses. The wine’s refreshing texture and generous flavor harmony elevate every bite, offering a delightful gastronomic experience.

Serve well chilled at 9–11°C.
