Chardonnay from Trifyllia
From small, select vineyards in the semi-mountainous region of Trifyllia.
Bright yellow-green color. Intense on the nose and in the mouth, showing aromas of white flesh fruit reminiscent of fresh peach, mango and pineapple. Rich and balanced mouthfeel with great acidity and vibrant sense of oiliness due to aging on fine lees in oak barrels.
Serve with fish, seafood risotto and pasta, poultry, and grilled, baked or stewed pork or lamb. Also accompanies mature chevre and yellow cheeses.
Enjoy at 10-12°C.
